2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by [add name and address of hosting provider]. When you visit the website, the server automatically stores technical information transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time, page visited, browser type and operating system, and the referring page. This data is necessary for the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is deleted after [14] days at the latest, unless it is needed to investigate a security incident.
3. Enquiry form and contact by email or phone
If you contact us via the enquiry form, by email, phone or WhatsApp, we process your details (e.g. name, email address, phone number, travel dates, number of guests and your message) to answer your enquiry and prepare an offer. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). Form data is sent to us by email and is not stored in a database on the web server.
We delete your enquiry data as soon as it is no longer needed. If a booking is made, we keep the data in line with statutory retention obligations (in particular tax and guest registration rules).
4. WhatsApp
You can message us directly using the WhatsApp button. A connection to WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland) is only established when you click the button. WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to its processing of your data. Alternatively, you can always reach us by phone or email.
5. Google Maps
On the “Location” page you can display a map from Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). The map is only loaded when you click “Load map”. Data such as your IP address is then transmitted to Google, possibly also to the USA. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by clicking. 6. Fonts
The fonts used on this website are stored locally on our server. No connection to servers of Google or other providers is made when you visit the site.
7. Cookies
This website does not use cookies or any analytics or tracking tools.
8. Your rights
You have the right of access to your data (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21).
